Everything was nice, well experienced staff, fantastic location very close to all the bars, good restaurants, and the shopping area as well as vancouver lookout, Gastown en China Town. The cocktail bar was adjoining with some excellent food. Enjoyed our time here.

We were there for exploring the city and had an unforgettable stay. The hotel had a central location and it was a short way from The Orpheum Theatre.

A very central location for an affordable price. Nicely decorated and clean rooms, though they were not very large.
While street noise was not terrible, we could hear music from the connected bar/restaurant in our room until 1:30am.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I requested an early check-in and got what I wanted. Front-desk upon check-in was professional and helpful and the cafe bartender (My lunch was delicious) was very good..cheerful and attentive. Thank you, I will stay there again.

Save your time
The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown. Staff are friendly and cute. Rooms are clean and spacious but show signs of age. Noise can be an issue. Amenities are limited but functional.

Staff putting up with early check-in
Horrible noise, construction, very very thin walls

Very friendly staff, good bed and (by North American standards) refreshing interior design.
Street side rooms (the majority) are very noisy due to traffic etc. Ear plugs recommended.

The wine bar was delicious with amazing food and great service, our waiters in the evening and the morning were both very friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom was very, very clean, and the bath products were great and smelled good.
The rooms were a little small, and it was slightly loud. The front desk staff were not as polite as I am normally accustomed to, and the first woman was not very accommodating regarding my partner checking in before me.

Excellent, friendly, patient staff, giving good information. Excellent, secure, close-by downtown parking at a good price
Sprinkler pipe exposed on ceiling. Minimalist, retro-fitted hotel. Room was noisy, from street and other guests' rooms. No comfortable seating in room. Not enough closet space for clothes and luggage.
